We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 5-axis CNC Machinist to join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

As a 5-axis CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production.
3. Using precision measurement tools to inspect and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
4. Programming CNC machines according to the specifications of the blueprint.
5. Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CNC machines or the parts being produced.
6. Conducting regular maintenance on the CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
8. Continually striving to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with 4 and 5-axis CNC machines.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematics.
4. Demonstrated experience with precision measurement tools.
5. Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
7. High level of attention to detail and the ability to produce precision parts that meet specified tolerances.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. A commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
