Shape the Future of Precision Manufacturing
Join a factory powered by proprietary software and a team forged at the frontier of aerospace, robotics, and advanced engineering. As a 5-Axis CNC Manufacturing Programmer & Mill-Turn Machinist, you’ll own the full cycle: program complex parts, set up the machines, and run what you create—directly aligned to each client’s needs. If you’re fluent in CNC programming and hands-on machining, our interview process is fast and straightforward. Familiarity with the AI operating system MasonOS is a plus.
A day in the life
- Review prints and models, apply GD&T, and translate customer intent into efficient toolpaths in Hypermill, Mastercam, or GibbsCAM.
- Post and validate G-code/M-code, then set up and operate multi-axis mills, lathes, mill-turns, and Swiss machines to produce first-article and production runs.
- Dial in accuracy using precision measurement & hand metrology, advanced inspection & gauge measurement, and rigorous DFM thinking.
- Troubleshoot issues at the spindle and control: address machine geometry & alignment, optimize tooling, and perform spindle maintenance & repair.
- Own changeovers and prepare robust machine setups for repeatable production.
- Collaborate with world-class peers from aerospace and robotics to continuously improve cycle time, quality, and reliability.
