5+ Caregivers Needed FOR 24/7 Memory Care Client

We are building a dedicated care team for a 24/7 client living in a memory care community in Bedford and are looking for at least five experienced caregivers to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for long, consistent shifts and the ability to build a regular schedule with one client.

Alzheimer's/dementia care experience is required for this assignment.

Available Shifts

• 12-hour shifts
• Day and overnight opportunities available
• 24/7 case with ongoing staffing needs
• Multiple positions available
• Opportunity for consistent weekly hours

What We're Looking For

Our ideal caregivers are:

• Experienced in caring for clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia
• Comfortable working in a memory care environment
• Patient, attentive, and compassionate
• Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Able to provide redirection, reassurance, and supervision as needed
• Able to communicate changes or concerns to the care team
