 Job Summary:
  
Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a facility or institutional experiencedHousekeeper to perform specific routine duties cleaning in areas such as dormitory, gym, school building, dining rooms, offices, and chapel. Must be able to work in area where residents live.  Working in close proximity with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 
  
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
  
·        Performs assigned duties to maintain a sanitary condition such as: linen changing, dusting, sweeping, mopping and buffing. 
·        Reports needed supplies. 
·        Maintains order in resident's area, if requested. 
·        Maintains sanitary standards for all parts of facility assigned. 
·        Assists residents in keeping themselves neat and clean. 
·        Wash clothing of the residents as well as bed linens. 
·        Empties all trash and takes it to the dumpster. 
·        Submit maintenance requests in the system when needed. 
·        Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor. 
 
 Qualifications: 
 
·        Must have 5 plus years’ experience working in a school, or healthcare setting REQUIRED. 
 
Education: 
 
·        GED or High School Diploma Required
