What Youll Do
- Administer radiation therapy as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Review prescriptions and diagnostics to develop treatment plans.
- Prepare treatment equipment, immobilization, and protection devices.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and treatment files.
- Assist in tumor localization and dosimetry procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
What You Need
Required:
- ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
- Current BLS certification
- NM State Licensure in Radiation Therapy
- 2+ years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning, including IMRT and LDR/HDR techniques
Preferred:
- Experience with tumor localization and dosimetry
- Familiarity with advanced radiation therapies
