What You'll Do- Perform routine and advanced ultrasound imaging procedures in various specialties, including abdominal, obstetrics, gynecology, vascular, breast, and echocardiography
- Support other imaging staff and facilitate smooth patient flow
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Ensure accurate image capture, storage, and archiving in PACS
- Participate in quality assurance and ongoing education to stay current with technical advancements
- Adapt procedures to meet patients unique needs and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care and improve departmental operations
What You NeedRequired:- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound technology program or equivalent
- State licensure if applicable (e.g., NM)
- ARRT Sonography (S) or RDMS Abdomen/OB-GYN certification within 1 year of hire
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PACS
Preferred:- Additional certifications: Vascular Sonography (VS), Breast Sonography (BS), Adult Echo (AE), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations and shifts as needed
