What You'll Do
Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced ultrasound imaging procedures
Support other imaging technologists and facilitate patient flow efficiently
Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment; participate in quality assurance activities
Ensure accurate capture, processing, and archiving of images in PACS
Adapt imaging techniques to meet the needs of diverse patient populations
Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies
What You Need
Required
Valid state licensure in New Mexico (if applicable)
BLS certification via AHA
Certification in at least one specialty: Sonography (ARTR), Abdomen (RDMS), or Obstetrics & Gynecology (RDMS) within 1 year of hire
1+ years of ultrasound scanning experience (preferred)
Basic computer proficiency
Preferred
Additional certifications such as Vascular Sonography (ARRT), Breast Sonography (ARRT), or Adult Echocardiography (RDCS)
Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
