What You’ll Do:
  • Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and safety standards
  • Review prescriptions, prepare treatment equipment, and assist in localization and dosimetry procedures
  • Communicate clearly with patients during treatment, explaining procedures and monitoring reactions
  • Ensure equipment setup, immobilization, and safety measures are properly implemented
  • Maintain detailed treatment records, charts, and documentation compliant with policies
  • Assist in tumor localization, treatment planning, and device fabrication as needed
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure equipment functioning properly
  • Rotate on-call and weekend duties as scheduled
  • Follow all departmental policies and safety guidelines

What You Need:
  • ARRT certification and current BLS card
  • Valid New Mexico licensure upon hire
  • 2-5 years of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of IMRT and LDR/HDR techniques preferred
  • Strong safety awareness and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
