What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and MedSurg patients
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Assess patient conditions, document care, and update medical records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments
• Make appropriate clinical decisions independently and delegate appropriately
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, standards, and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• RN License in New Mexico or a valid compact license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemetry or acute MedSurg units

Preferred:

• Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience working in diverse clinical environments
