Job description:
- Provide classroom instruction consistent with Instructional System Development (ISD) satisfying government training requirements
- Interface with internal and external agencies as required maintaining up-to-date training program
- Conduct, manage and qualify for courses based on 533 TRS instructions and other guidance as identified in lesson plans
- Coordinate instructional activities with the Division Chief, training managers and government training personnel
- Additional duties as assigned

Required Experience:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Experience Required:
- Possess working knowledge and experience with training systems and training programs
- Possess working knowledge of and experience with operational level command and control
- Possess knowledge of orbital motion, orbital elements, orbital perturbations, ground tracks, orbit types, launch and prediction
- Possess knowledge of orbit determination and analysis, maneuver planning, Rendezvous Proximity Operations (RPO) and space surveillance
- Knowledge with mission planning, building, and executing orbital maneuvers to defeat terrestrial-based and space-based attacks
- Completion of Air Force Instructor Course preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

- Working knowledge of instructional design skills (ADDIE) and adult learning theories in all phases of instructional design, and ability to apply it to work assignments is preferred.
Years of Experience:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- Associates degree since instruction will be a CCAF-accredited course
- 6 to 8 years of experience with USAF training, to include planning and delivering instruction in accordance with the ISD model and training records keeping

Security Clearance: Active or current Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
In compliance with Californias Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $155,000 to $165,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
