Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Monongah, WV
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Days | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Weekend Rotation Required | 40 Hours Per Week
Pay: $35/hr - $40/hr (Based on Experience)

(Travellers and Local candidates both are accepted)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced LPN for day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. Previous Long-Term Care experience with strong contract references is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care.

• Administer medications.

• Monitor resident conditions.

• Document care accurately.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.

• ASAP start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong contract references.
