Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.

The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

• Aktivní komunikace s kandidáty a budování pozitivní kandidátské zkuenosti.
• Koordinace výbrových ízení ve spolupráci s hiring manaery.
• Aktivní úast na pohovorech a assessment centrech
• Organizace náborových kampaní a spolupráce s externími partnery.
• Agenda spojená s brigádami, DPP/DP, agenturami práce a dalími náborovými aktivitami.
• Podpora Employer Brandingu a zapojení do HR projekt.
• Spolupráce se stedními kolami a podpora aktivit zamených na mladé talenty.
• Hledání nových a kreativních zpsob, jak oslovit ty nejlepí kandidáty.

Koho hledáme?

• Máte S nebo V vzdlání.
• Zajímá vás HR, nábor, marketing a práce s lidmi je pro Vás hnacím motorem.
• Umíte komunikovat, organizovat si práci a dotahovat vci do konce.
• Nebojíte se pevzít odpovdnost a picházet s vlastními nápady.
• Dokáete pracovat na více úkolech souasn a neztratíte pehled.
• Jste týmový hrá, ale umíte pracovat i samostatn.
• Ovládáte MS Office, umíte pracovat s daty.
• Znalost HR systém, Alma Career nebo grafických nástroj (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign apod.) je výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou.
• Máte zkuenosti s online marketingem, sociálními sítmi nebo správou reklamních kampaní, pípadn chu se v této oblasti rychle rozvíjet.
• Zajímáte se o nové technologie a vyuití umlé inteligence v HR a marketingu.
• AJ - jsme mezinárodní firma, take anglitina se nikdy neztratí.
