Furniture Builder / Manufacturing Associate

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $23.00/hour

Location: Furniture Row Distribution Center 24000 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019


About the Role

Furniture Row is hiring a Furniture Builder for our distribution center. In this role, you'll assemble, build, and prepare furniture for delivery to our stores and customers — hands-on work that keeps our supply chain moving and our showroom floors stocked.


What You'll Do

  • Assemble furniture pieces according to build specifications and quality standards
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished pieces for quality, stability, and craftsmanship
  • Move, stage, and prepare completed furniture for shipment or store transfer
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals


What We're Looking For

  • No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player

En este puesto, ensamblarás, construirás y prepararás muebles para su entrega a nuestras tiendas y clientes — un trabajo práctico que mantiene en movimiento nuestra cadena de suministro y abastecidos nuestros pisos de exhibición.


Tus Responsabilidades

  • Ensamblar piezas de muebles conforme a las especificaciones de construcción y los estándares de calidad
  • Leer y seguir instrucciones de ensamblaje, planos o diagramas
  • Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura y eficiente
  • Inspeccionar las piezas terminadas para verificar calidad, estabilidad y buen acabado
  • Mover, organizar y preparar los muebles terminados para su envío o traslado a tienda
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura
  • Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de producción
