Assistant Manager

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage and develop staff through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee customer service, food quality, and atmosphere to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle financial responsibilities including sales results, cost control, inventory, and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with standards for alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and safety/security.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations, and marketing efforts.
