Position Details

Newaygo Public Schools is looking for a 5th Grade ELA Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications:

• Valid Teaching Certification, Language Arts endorsement required
• Ability to create engaging and collaborative learning culture in the classroom
• Experience developing lesson plans and instructional material, evaluating student performance and delivering helpful feedback to students and parents
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current teaching and learning strategies, specifically with Math curriculum and incorporate innovative strategies
