    Hill Country Elementary School is searching for a 5th-grade elementary school teacher to join the HCE Family for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond.

    Hill Country Elementary School is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country near Medina Lake.

    HCE is a Title I, PK-5 campus with an enrollment of 400+ students.

    The Hill Country family is committed to providing their students with an optimal learning environment that supports student exploration and growth.

    With this belief in place, HCE is searching for the teacher who will bring high energy and a commitment to student growth to the classoom.

    Start Date: IMMEDIATE

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
    • Texas Teaching License and appropriate endorsements for the grade levels and subjects taught
    • ESL certification
    • Reading Academies Experience Preferred

    Additional Information:

    • Develop, modify, and prepare curricula to ensure high-quality instruction based upon student abilities and skill levels
    • Deliver high-quality instruction to students, assess student learning, and make the necessary adjustments to support student growth
    • Collaborate with students, parents, and other members of staff
    • Work cohesively with the campus staff in a self-contained atmosphere
    • Work cooperatively with Special Education teachers to modify curricula, and instruct and assess Special Education students in the regular classroom
    • Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
    • Participate in staff development activities and improve job-related skills

    Grade level assignment will be determined by applicant experience and certifications.
