6-12 Math Teacher

The Frederic School District is seeking an innovative, student centered, full time 6-12 Math Teacher, beginning with the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must be passionate about math education, student learning, and making a positive impact with students.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Desire and ability to create course offerings aligned to learning standards.
• Understanding of workforce development needs and college and career readiness.
• Strong technology skills that leads to the integration of all types of technology into a high functioning learning environment.
• Ability to teach through real-world application of math skills, adapting lessons based on student needs.
• Desire and ability to work in a Professional Learning Environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for learning, growing, and exploring.

Qualifications: Math teaching certification (1400) is desired, but non-certified applicants are welcome to apply. The District is prepared to assist a quality candidate in attaining a pathway to licensure. Additional teaching licenses and experiences are considered assets to applicants.

Co-curricular, coaching, and student organization leadership opportunities are available.
