The 6-12 Principal will be a key architect of student success in our single-campus district. You will lead the secondary wing with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Data-Driven Growth: Utilize assessment data to guide instruction, provide intentional scaffolds, and ensure 100% of students meet expected annual growth targets.

  • Systems of Improvement: Build and maintain systems that support the district's strategic priority of student growth, ensuring every student''s academic, social, and personal development is supported.

  • Instructional and Curricular Leadership: Lead staff committees and facilitate pertinent professional development designed to improve teacher efficacy and student outcomes.

  • Collaborative Governance: Strengthen internal engagement and public trust by working closely with district leadership and the Board of Education to uphold district policy and vision.

  • Staff Development: Foster an environment that attracts and retains high-quality staff, aiming for 100% retention of effective team members through support and professional respect.

Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: While prior school administrative experience is not required, we are seeking individuals with a proven track record of leadership experience in any professional or educational capacity.

  • Education: Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility for State Administrative Licensure.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Must thrive in a small-school environment where teamwork across grade levels (4K-12) is essential for success.
