Job Title: Full Stack Developer III Location: 8285 Tournament Drive, Memphis, TN 38125 Job Description: Leads the design, development and implementation of large scale and complex projects, ensures best practices in architecture, performance and security. Codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Mentors team members and driving technical decisions. Works cross functionally with product and business stakeholders. Designs software code using multiple programming languages. Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance. Tests newly developed software code. Documents code per the Company's processes. Communicates effectively with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups and comments, and other stakeholders. Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and is compatible with all hardware and software. Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 3 years of work experience in information technology or engineering. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 5 years of work experience in information technology or engineering in lieu of a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Azure, AKS, Oracle, Jenkins. Expert-level knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks. Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong programming skills. Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages. Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements. This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
