TITLE: Reclaim Operator BPOSITION OBJECTIVE:The Reclaim Operator possesses a thorough knowledge of the Reclaim Area. Assists the Film Line Technicians as needed. Interacts with co-workers as part of a highly motivated and productive team. Responsible for the daily operation of the pelletizing reclaim system while supporting the Film line.QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

All production-related duties/responsibilities of Reclaim Operator - CStrive to achieve departmental production and quality objectivesComply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirementsDemonstrate safe work habits, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, reporting unsafe acts/conditions to the Senior Reclaim Operator, follows Lock Out / Tag Out as necessaryFollow quality procedures; identifying and correcting quality defects without assistanceIdentify and ensure segregation of products without assistanceOperate reclaim equipment (troubleshooting, paperwork, inspection, etc.) without assistanceAdvance preparation for Extrusion / Slitting productionAssist other operators as neededCertified forklift operatorComply with company recycling policyComply with company housekeeping policies; maintaining housekeeping checklists throughout each shiftSupport continual improvementOvertime as required
