JOB SUMMARY:

nn

Oversees the daily administrative and operational tasks of all TRC Fast Casual food venues to include Salish Sun, Blazing Paddles, or any other venues to be added to the fast causal segment of the TGO Food and Beverage department. Assists with the financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety of all associated food venues. Helps to create and maintain menus for all assigned venues. Motivates, trains, develops, and manages all team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation. Maintains the highest level of operational standards as determined by the Fast Casual Multi-Venue Manager, and/or Pastry Chef. Provides exceptional Food & Beverage guest experience.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. nt
• Accredited courses in Business and/or Hospitality preferred. nt
• Two (2) years of culinary education preferred. n

SKILLS:

• Must have strong math skills related to department industry financials. (Test required) nt
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Test required) n

EXPERIENCE:

nn

nt

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Assistant Manager and/or Supervisor in a high volume fast casual restaurant, food hall and/or fast food unit. nt
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a cook, attendant, or crew member in a quality high volume fast casual restaurant, food hall, and/or fast food unit. nt
• Minimum of two (2) years POS experience, with emphasis on troubleshooting challenges. nt
• Experience working experience utilizing MS Word and Excel programs, preferred. n

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older. nt
• Must be certified with National Restaurant Association SERVSAFE Food Protection Certification Course within 1 year of hire. nt
• Knowledge of HAACP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. nt
• Must be able to obtain a Health Food Handler's permit within 60 days of hire. nt
• Must be able to obtain a Class 12 Washington State Liquor permit within 30 days of hire. nt
• Knowledge of State and Federal Labor Laws, Health Codes & Liquor Laws. nt
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. nt
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. nt
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and / or other employers. n
