The Regional Lead serves as the primary point of contact for rural health transformation sub-awardees within their assigned region.
This role is responsible for oversight, monitoring, performance tracking, and provision of technical assistance to ensure all sub-awardees meet federal and state grant requirements.
Each Regional Lead may oversee up to 20 or more sub-awardees, depending on award distribution.
Responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing programmatic guidance, monitoring compliance, issuing corrective actions when necessary, and reporting regional progress and outcomes to program leadership.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Four years of experience in public health program management, grant oversight, or a related field.
A bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, social sciences, or other related field can substitute on a year for year basis for the required experience.

BACKGROUND SCREENING
