Loaner Car Agent / Reservationist

Moritz Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is now hiring a Loaner Car Agent/ Reservationist for our rapidly growing Service and Collision departments! The Loaner Car Agent/ Reservationist is responsible for maintaining, coordinating and facilitating the loaner car fleet. 

As a Loaner Car Agent, you will be scheduling service and collision department customer’s reservations for loaner cars and managing the requests of the customers to find the right car for their needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the loaner car fleet, which includes checking vehicles in and out, conducting thorough inspections, tracking vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
• Works closely with the service and collision department personnel to ensure all their customers receive outstanding customer service
• Processing customer information to verify they are eligible for a rental through insurance
• Ensuring that rental cars are ready for use by scheduling timely service and maintenance on the rental fleet, and making sure they are clean inside and out
• Taking notes on the car's condition, mileage, and damage before and after customer use; processing any damage information to be billed or collected through insurance
• Answering customer questions
• Providing a high level of customer service over the phone and face to face

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills and attention to detail are things you will need to excel in this position.  A positive and friendly attitude are also necessary.
• Previous dealership or insurance experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to succeed in a high paced work environment
• Customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of claim processing
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance
