Investment Banking Analysts at Initio Capital support strategic financial and advisory initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and corporate restructurings. Evaluate potential M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic investments
Build and maintain financial, valuation, and operating models to support deal execution
Conduct due diligence across financial, operational, and market dimensions
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and analytical materials for senior management and clients
Perform industry research, competitive benchmarking, and market mapping
Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, and post-deal integration planning
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and corporate finance concepts
Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, FP&A, or private equity preferred but not required
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities, with experience preparing professional presentations
Strong interest in financial markets, strategic transactions, and investment opportunities
