QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalentGood oral and written communication skillsEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packedMaintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areasPack and inspect efficientlyComplete quality bag checks every fifteen minutesFollows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP's), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour
