Job Role: Numerical Control Programmer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Range: $65-70/hr
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Numerical Control Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise in numerical control, machining, and programming, establishing technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. They will play a crucial role in planning, creating, verifying, and revising Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation for a wide range of numerically controlled equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in numerical control programming and machining techniques.
- Ability to establish technical requirements for manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Machine Control Data (MCD) creation and verification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with new machining techniques and manufacturing methods.
- Experience with software and equipment integration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and guide the development and integration of new machining techniques.
- Create, verify, and revise Machine Control Data (MCD) and documentation.
- Work under general direction to ensure manufacturing processes meet technical requirements.
