Leads activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications. Approves supporting processes and related documentation. Leads consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production. Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production. Leads technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan.
