Job Title: Software Developer (Non-Embedded)

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
Reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into initial software designs. Develops, maintains, enhances, and optimizes software products and functionalities for system integration. Documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
Debugs and resolves issues to ensure reliability and efficiency. Handles user inquiries, troubleshoots technical issues, and analyzes user feedback. Implements current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes relevant to software development.
Develops and improves software processes, tools, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks. Executes and documents research and development efforts. Advises on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations.
Performs software project management and supplier management functions. Tracks and evaluates team and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
