General Information
Job Description: Regular and predictable attendance is required
Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
Client is seeking software developers to support code generation for highly embedded systems. Familiarity with C/C++, Linux or PetaLinux development required. Familiarity with CMake is preferred. Candidates should have experience with and knowledge of aerospace and/or electrical systems as well as hardware development and bring up. Seeking highly motivated self-starters capable of executing as part of a fast paced multi-disciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities:
•Supports code generation for highly embedded systems
•Supports development of broad, open-architecture approach
•Works with multi-disciplinary team to rapidly prototype hardware solutions
•Responsible for developing code and insuring proper execution on target processors
•Works under general supervision.

Required Skills:
•5+ years embedded programming experience with languages such as C, C++, Linux and/or PetaLinux
•Experience with hardware-software integration

Preferred Skills:
•Experience with and knowledge of aerospace systems and/or electrical systems
•Experience with CMake
•Highly motivated self-starter capable of executing as part of a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team

Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired
through advanced technical education from
an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.G.
Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent
combination of technical education and
experience (e.G. PhD+4 years'related work
experience, Master+7 years'related work
experience). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.
