 Job Description:
Designs, develops, tests, and maintains safety critical embedded software across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory requirements. Translates customer and Designs, develops, tests, and maintains safety critical embedded software across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory requirements. Translates customer and system requirements into robust, testable software architectures and detailed designs, implements and optimizes software components and algorithms for system integration and performance, and creates and maintains comprehensive documentation including requirements traceability, design descriptions, test plans, and release notes. Leads verification and validation activities (unit, integration, system, regression), produces certification evidence and safety artifacts, and debugs and resolves defects and field issues to maximize reliability and availability. Responds to user inquiries and technical support tickets, incorporates user feedback into prioritized improvements, and evaluates and adopts emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes to keep the software and processes current. Establishes, monitors, and continuously improves development processes, toolchains, and KPIs to align teams with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks, plans and executes R&D projects and feasibility studies, and provides domain expertise on software architecture, safety analyses, compliance, and lifecycle practices. Performs software project management activities including schedule tracking, risk management, and resource planning, and manages software suppliers and partners by defining requirements, evaluating deliverables, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure product and process compliance with project plans and industry standards. Qualifications:
Develop Software Test Plan
Develop Software Test Procedures
Develop automated requirements based (Tier 4 and T5) software tests
Develop automated software test infrastructure tailored to each LRU (MACU, DAMU, ANP-R, MAGU)
Write requirements based test scripts
Develop automated unit test infrastructure, in compliance with Software Test Plan
Will not write units tests but will create the infrastructure for writing and running automated unit tests which allows collection of regression test artifacts
