We are seeking Systems Engineers to support a Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team focused on requirements engineering, system architecture, and verification & validation activities for complex aerospace systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems engineering lifecycle processes, requirements management, and safety assessments, along with familiarity with the Systems Engineering V-Model and aerospace certification standards.
Define, decompose, and allocate system requirements from aircraft-level to system and component levels
Support development and maintenance of functional and logical system architectures
Conduct and support safety analyses including FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, and FMEA/FMES
Plan and execute verification and validation (V&V) activities across the systems engineering V-model
Ensure traceability between system requirements, design, and implementation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, hardware, safety, and test engineering
Support compliance with aerospace certification standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in design reviews, audits, and technical interchange meetings
Prepare technical documentation supporting certification and system integration activities
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years of systems engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or other complex system environments
Experience with the Systems Engineering V-Diagram lifecycle
Knowledge of safety assessments such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, and FMEA
Familiarity with certification frameworks including ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, and DO-254
Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS
System modeling experience using SysML, UML, Cameo, or similar tools
Experience with system integration testing and verification planning
Knowledge of aircraft development, design, and certification processes
