Position Summaryâ¯
The Director of Clinical Services is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, and team development within the clinic. This role partners closely with regional leadership to expand services, oversee clinical programming, and mentor a high-performing team of clinicians.â¯

Whatâ¯You’llâ¯Doâ¯
Lead Clinical & Operational Excellenceâ¯
- Oversee clinic performance including service delivery,â¯utilization, census, and staffingâ¯â¯
- Ensure clinical teams meet billable targets and service expectationsâ¯â¯
- Monitor and improve clinical quality, supervision, and treatment outcomesâ¯â¯
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA standards, and regulationsâ¯â¯
Develop & Mentor Teamsâ¯
- Supervise, coach, and mentor BCBAs, Supervisors, and clinical staffâ¯â¯
- Support professional development through training, feedback, and performance managementâ¯â¯
- Lead provider meetings to address barriers, cancellations, and serviceâ¯utilizationâ¯â¯
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team cultureâ¯â¯
Drive Business Performanceâ¯
- Own clinic P&L and key financial metricsâ¯â¯
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvementsâ¯â¯
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and growth strategyâ¯â¯
Deliver Clinical Oversightâ¯
- Provide case supervision and consultationâ¯â¯
- Oversee assessments, behavior plans, and treatment programmingâ¯â¯
- Ensureâ¯timelyâ¯completion of documentation and reportsâ¯â¯
- Partner with families to support engagement and clinical progressâ¯â¯

Whatâ¯We’reâ¯Looking Forâ¯
- Active BCBA certificationâ¯requiredâ¯â¯
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldâ¯â¯
- Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experienceâ¯â¯
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA supervision experienceâ¯â¯
- Experience mentoring staff and leading clinical teamsâ¯â¯
- Strong understanding of clinic operations and P&L managementâ¯â¯
- Proven ability to drive results, accountability, and team engagementâ¯â¯
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsâ¯â¯
