Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with campus ID cards and parking permits, both in person and via phone or email.
Process parking permits, permits renewals, temporary permits, and decal replacements.
Explain parking regulations, permit eligibility, enforcement policies, and citation appeal processes clearly and professionally. Respond to general inquiries and resolve routine issues related to ID access, parking availability, and account status
Assist with basic troubleshooting of card access or permit issues and refer complex problems to appropriate staff.
Support peak service periods, such as registration and semester start, by managing high customer volumes efficiently. Assist with other departmental administrative tasks as assigned.
