Sr Strategic Project Manager

Job Summary

• Lead medium-to-large, complex technology projects from initiation through execution, implementation, transition, and closeout.
• \n
• Drive business analysis, requirements gathering, business cases, solution evaluation, stakeholder alignment, governance, and project mobilization.
• \n
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and project documentation.
• \n
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, vendors, and operations.
• \n
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, financials, communications, and executive reporting.
• \n
• Support change management, implementation readiness, training, operational transition, and continuous improvement.
• \n
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives.
• \n

Required Qualifications

• \n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• \n
• PMP certification required.
• \n
• 5+ years of project management experience with medium-to-large, complex projects.
• \n
• Strong experience with technology/software implementation, enterprise applications, or technology-enabled business projects.
• \n
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
• \n
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• \n
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• \n

Preferred

• \n
• Experience with ERP, EAM, utility operations, enterprise systems, or large-scale technology initiatives.
• \n
• Experience with vendors, RFPs, contracts, and matrixed organizations.
