IT Project Manager AV Installations
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale audiovisual (AV) installation program while supporting a broader portfolio of technology initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between IT, facilities, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of AV infrastructure across a campus environment. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex dependencies, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background managing IT infrastructure and technology projects, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. You will provide regular project status updates, oversee vendor performance, resolve issues and risks, and help align project execution with long-term business and technology strategies. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with the ability to bring structure to evolving requirements and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives. Experience with campus-wide AV deployments, project management methodologies, and stakeholder engagement in complex enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Compensation: $60/hr.
