Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and collaborate with business offices to ensure accurate and timely information for application provisioning through the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
• Guide business partners through the connected-system onboarding process within IIQ.
• Document and validate requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IIQ standards.
• Conduct discovery workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead the definition of access certification requirements and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog for effective project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience may substitute).
• 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

Preferences

• Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations.
• Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft DevOps.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
