    About the Role

    We are seeking reliable, safety-focused 7D Drivers to transport students to and from school in a calm, professional, and caring manner. This role is ideal for individuals who value consistency, responsibility, and making a positive impact in students’ daily lives.

    Our drivers are trusted professionals who represent our company, support families, and prioritize student safety above all else.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operate a 7D school pupil transport vehicle in compliance with all Massachusetts RMV 7D regulations

    • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns promptly

    • Follow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and professionalism

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful vehicle environment

    • Communicate clearly with dispatch and management regarding delays, incidents, or concerns

    • Support students with patience, awareness, and appropriate boundaries

    • Comply with all company policies, including vehicle camera and safety procedures.


      Minimum Requirements (Massachusetts 7D Compliance)

      • Must be at least 21 years of age (Massachusetts 7D requirement)

      • Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License for at least 3 years.

      • Valid Massachusetts 7D Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date)

      • Clean driving record as required by the RMV

      • Successful completion of:

        • CORI background check

        • RMV driving record review

        • Drug screening (if required)

      • Ability to pass required physical and medical certifications

      • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional judgment

      • Experience working with children or special-needs populations is a plus

        CPR+First Aid is a plus.

        • Split shifts aligned with school schedules (morning & afternoon)

        • Hourly pay based on experience

        • Paid training (as applicable)

        • Opportunity for additional hours through coverage or field trips
