Full-stack Ruby/React Web Software Engineer Requirements:

• 7+ or more years of professional experience specializing in back-end development with large companies
• Experience with React
• Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and scaling Rails with PostgreSQL databases
• Extensive experience with GraphQL APIs including: Apollo, schema design, and best practices
• Extensive experience with REST APIs and API data integration between services
• Experience with performance optimization of APIs and modern web systems
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and consuming or emitting messages to communicate across systems
• Experience with git workflows, GitHub, and pull request reviews
• Experience with AI-assisted development and willingness to adopt multi-agent orchestration workflows
• Understanding of the resilient distributed service architecture model
• Strong collaboration skills, including partnering with designers, and other engineers across web and mobile
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate effectively across technical and non-technical partners
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to define and plan your own work
• Strategic mindset to break down tickets and take a proactive approach on how to deliver work

• Experience with Circle CI or similar CI tooling and automation
