Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of progressive IT experience.

Must-Have Skills
- IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR)

- Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)
- Architecture and engineering experience
- Understanding of professional concepts, standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards
- Ability to integrate:

- Experience assessing on-premises and cloud application environments.
- Ability to identify system configuration gaps and recommend remediation solutions.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Disaster Recovery Solutions Architect experience.

- Experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with live disaster recovery testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with application and infrastructure teams to solve business problems using available technology.
- Translate business recovery objectives into technical system solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews for applications based on business-aligned recovery objectives.
- Review infrastructure patterns to ensure they adequately support recovery and compliance requirements.
- Assess on-premises and cloud applications for current configurations.
- Identify gaps in system builds and recommend appropriate solution fixes.
- Evaluate application and infrastructure readiness for live disaster recovery testing.
- Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to create effective technology solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with disaster recovery, resilience, and recovery objectives.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to recovery capabilities.
- Follow established procedures, professional standards, regulations, and organizational guidelines.
- Make decisions regarding work approach and priorities while following overall direction.
- Support documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
Short-Term Assignment
- Assess Humana on-premises and cloud applications for current configurations.
- Identify gaps in application and infrastructure builds.
- Recommend solution fixes and remediation approaches.
- Assess the readiness and worthiness of applications to perform live DR testing.
- Support recovery compliance and resilience objectives.
