Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients who have requested information
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
  • Present benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Assist with applications and ensure accurate completion of documentation
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
  • Maintain basic administrative tasks and data entry
  • Participate in training and leadership development programs

Qualifications
