Oconto Falls Middle School is seeking a passionate, dedicated 8th-grade ELA Teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2026-2027 school year. Desired Qualifications:
Elementary/Middle School License preferred
ELA minor or background is desired

Knowledgeable of standards and able to design engaging and rigorous learning opportunities that align with these standards.
Able to differentiate curriculum, assessment, and instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
Knowledgeable of effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and positive learning environment.
Ability to use technology to enrich instruction and learning.
Ability to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Knowledgeable in data analysis to guide student learning and ability to use data to implement interventions
Ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues regarding lesson plans, instructional strategies, assessments, and interventions.
Ability to use data to implement interventions
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication.
Interested in fully integrating into the school community by advising, coaching, and supporting school-wide initiatives.
Bilingual; ELL experience and skills are beneficial.
