Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee training of volleyball players in conjunction with the other coaches. Develop training plans for volleyball players in conjunction with the other coaches. Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home matches as directed by Director of Activities. Contribute to game line-up planning with other coaches. Attend and coach at all practices. Attend and coach at all matches. Assist other coaches in monitoring team members' practice attendance, school attendance, meet attendance and grades. Responsible for equipment and uniform inventory. Assist other coaches in enforcing team policies. Responsible for providing student-athletes feedback about their performance related to their disposition, behavior and team skills. Successful completion of the required Menasha By Laws for volleyball for the fall sports season.
Purpose of Position: The girls' 8th grade Volleyball Coach will help in supervising and instructing the middle school volleyball team of assignment, which is important to the student-athletes' success in reaching their full potential in the classroom and on the court.

Length of Work: Fall Sports Season
Working Conditions: Will be expected to work in evenings.
