Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching experience working with middle school students. Responsibilities include:
• Planning and implementing innovative lessons aligned to standards • Good communication skills • Use of technology to support student learning • Differentiated instruction to meet all learners needs • Positive classroom management
We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with colleagues and can integrate curriculum goals with school-wide and diocesan-wide initiatives. The teacher would teach math to the 6th, 7th, & 8th graders and be 8th grade homeroom teacher. 8th grade homeroom teacher is responsible for coordinating graduation and several other grade-specific activities.

• Bachelors degree • A teaching credential or working towards a teaching credential • Clear Health Screening and TB test • Pass Criminal Background Check • Classroom teaching experience is preferable • A practicing Catholic is preferable
