We’re looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) who wants more than just a routine role, someone who’s ready to bring clinical expertise, collaboration, and real impact to post-acute care settings.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teams, support residents health, and play a key role in maintaining regulatory excellence, all while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing follow-ups
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with nursing, leadership, and care teams
- Support compliance with CMS and state regulations
- Participate in care conferences and survey readiness efforts
- Provide guidance, education, and support to facility staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Must have experience in skilled nursing, long-term care
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards (CMS/Title 22 a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently
- Reliable transportation for onsite visits
