930 HIRING EVENT - Security Officer 23 Supervisor 25-27 and Managers 75K - Guaranteed Interviews

Northeast Security is looking for Career orientated Security Officer and Patrol Officers in Boston, MA for per diem!

Pay Rate: Security Officer $23, Supervisor $25-$27 and Managers $31.85/ hour - $75K depending on location, position and experience. We are also looking for a Senior security manager for $90K (must have at LEAST 5 years security management)

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required for certain positions but not all Dress code will be business attire or business casual as you will be guaranteed an interview

• Security Manager and officer Requirements:
• a Bachelor's degree in Criminal justice or related field for management roles, as well as security management experience Education may be substituted with a minimum of 8 years of Security experience with at least 3 of those years in a supervisor position, or at least 4 years of Military and achieved the rank E5 or above or Law Enforcement Experience with an honorable discharge.
• Client and public relations experience and interact frequently with the local population to include the unsheltered, and other emergency services, outreach programs and the client.
• communicate effectively and clearly, able to act as an incident commander in emergency situations. Walk for entire shift
• Create and maintain schedules and oversight of large groups of officers and supervisors, experience with training
• Excellent oral and written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is required, working in MS Windows, Outlook, and One Note.
• Vigilant patrolling of a large property to include Vagrants, and the community with quality-of-life issues.
• May be required to review security footage and conduct investigations of incidents.
• Will be required to respond to emergency situations to patrons with Quality-of-Life issues such as homelessness and addictions.
• Will be required to write incident reports.
• Will also be required to use walkie talkies to communicate closely with the team. Must be able to discern irate tenant/customer calls/ access requests.
• Previous Law Enforcement, or related field/education in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Those in the process of obtaining a Criminal Justice degree for a related field are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Security Patrol Officer will be responsible for responding to emergency situations in person
• May be required to be outdoors during all-weather situations to monitor, patrol, and respond to threats/emergencies.
• Use modern technology to monitor a variety of alarm signals and respond/dispatch security personnel to those areas following the standard operations manual to notify the proper authorities.
