The Shores, a UMC Community, is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our senior living community located in beautiful Ocean City, NJ in Cape May County.

What you'll do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -

• Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor resident conditions, including skin checks and vital signs, and report changes promptly
• Support dining services, including serving meals and assisting residents based on individual needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with mobility and use of adaptive equipment to promote safety and independence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements -

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a long-term care setting
• Current and valid New Jersey CNA certification
