Small HVAC Manufacturing Facility in Wilson is needing (2) machinist to help with production. Duties will include cutting 10' spiral down to specific sizes needed for jobs. Candidates will be using but not limited to a table-mounted chop saw, hand tools, drills, and grinders. Candidates will also be responsible for sealing and shrink-wrapping pieces to be loaded on trucks for deliveries. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. They are looking for motivated people will to learn different skill sets thru out the company. Each employee at MKT wears different hats so they are looking for someone who shares the same community mentality to bring on long-term. This is the newest branch for a company based out of York, PA. Room for advancement and potential to make more money. Overtime is available during busy season (summer months) on the weekends.
-1 year experience working on machines/cutting spiral light weight aluminum/steel. If candidate has more experience or fabrication experience- they are willing to pay up to $14
-have some experience working with hand tools, grinders, drills, rollers, stitch welder, knives
-experience using Gorelock and Vanstone Flange a plus
-knowledge of HVAC parts is a plus
-must be available to work 6-2:30 M-F/4-2:30 during busy season(summer months)
-must be able to pass drug test/background check
