• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. nt
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred. Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or designxc2xa0environment may be considered in lieu of degree. n

• Must display high level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required) nt
• Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)xc2xa0 n

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment. nt
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing. nt
• Minimum of two (2) years media purchasing experience. nt
• Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a creative processing environment with a preferred emphasis on advertisingxc2xa0collateral. nt
• Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across eachxc2xa0channel preferred. n

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older. nt
• Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends. nt
• Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo. nt
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. nt
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.xc2xa0 nt
• Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers. n
