About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems. This role involves testing applications, validating data, and working closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science/Arts or equivalent work experience
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or related technical roles
  
• Relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in database testing using Microsoft SQL Server
  
• Ability to design and manipulate test data
  
• Experience validating:
  • Stored procedures
    
  • Jobs
    
  • Triggers
    
  • Replication processes
    
• Experience with automated testing tools (preferred)
  
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into test plans
  
• Solid understanding of software development and testing processes
  
• Good knowledge of business processes and workflows
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  
• Perform functional, system, and database testing
  
• Validate data accuracy and system behavior
  
• Identify, track, and report defects
  
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
  
• Ensure software meets business and technical requirements
