About The Auto Shop

The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Jefferson, MO, with pay ranging from $27–$48/hour based on technician level.

This is a Monday–Friday opportunity with no weekends, weekly pay, an air-conditioned shop, ongoing training, and technical support from a Master Technician and an in-house national-level trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns based on your experience and skill level

• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake systems

• Complete automotive repairs accurately and efficiently

• Perform vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations

• Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs

• Work with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow

• Complete high-quality repairs while following shop processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience REQUIRED

• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to the technician level

• Ability to complete automotive repairs independently

• Missouri State Inspection License preferred

• ASE Certifications preferred

• Independent repair shop experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• B-Level Technician: $27–$34/hour

• A-Level Technician: $40–$48/hour

• Flat Rate or Hybrid Pay
